Sentara's platform for automatic deposit commission payouts will change on February 10, 2025. Brokers who receive commissions directly from Sentara must sign up with the new Zelis Payments Network by February 7, 2025 to continue direct deposits without interruption.
If you are not enrolled in the Zelis Payments Network, you must complete an enrollment option to continue receiving electronic payments, or your payment will be issued by check and sent via U.S. mail.
If you are already enrolled in the Zelis Payments Network, no further action is needed to continue receiving electronic commission payments. Brokers will begin receiving commission payments from Sentara Health Plans via their preferred payment method and under the same terms currently established with Zelis.
