Inova is Joining Optima's Network
Effective September 1, 2022, Optima Health includes all Inova® Health System hospitals, facilities, physician practices, and providers as in-network for group and individual members.
As a result, Optima Health is expanding its group and individual plan offerings into Northern Virginia.

UHC Participation and Floor Certification Form Update
As you may already know, UHC’s Participation and Floor Certification Form may be used in place of the wage and tax documentation for fully insured Small Business groups with 10 or more eligible employees. The form has been updated with a June 2022 revision date. Effective immediately, this version is required for all groups after August 1, 2022.
The form is used to certify, as a condition of eligibility, that a group is in compliance with the minimum participation requirements as expressed in the group policy.

Anthem Individual SEP Bonus
Starting with 7/1/2022 through 12/1/2022 effective dates, brokers can earn more for each Anthem Individual enrolled during a special enrollment period (SEP). Anthem will pay you $125 per member enrolled once you've enrolled at least 10 members.
